Q: Is the program on DVD or downloadable?
A: We are working on creating the program on DVD, but as of now, the program is only available in the online version.
When you purchase the program, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing the Username and Password you should use to login and access the program on fortressworkout.com
Q: Is PayPal the only way to purchase the program?
A: If you have a Credit or Debit Card, simply select "I don't have a PayPal account" and put in your information, a PayPal account will automatically be created for you without much trouble, and it only takes 5 minutes. If you don't have a Credit or Debit card or are unable to use PayPal, then there is no other options available at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: I paid for the program, how do I access it?
A: A confirmation email was sent to your PayPal email address the moment you paid for the program.
Make sure to check your email inbox and confirm your purchase by clicking the link, this will Activate your account.
Use the Username and Password provided in the email to log in at fortressworkout.com where you will have access to the program.
Q: Why am I no longer able to log in to fortressworkout.com?
A: Make sure you are using the correct username! Some users have created a free registration and paid for the program, ending up with two login accounts. The Username and Password were emailed to you to the same email with which you paid for the program, make sure you are using the correct Username and Password from the correct email and correct account to log in. Do NOT attempt to use the free account to access the paid program, because it will not work.
Q: Why am I not able to view the videos, they just don't work anymore?
A: The website is under constant supervision, all bugs are fixed quickly, and so far we haven't had any problems with the website.
First, make sure all the plugins on your browser are updated and installed.
Second, try watching the videos from a different browser: Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
If the problem persists, try watching them on a mobile device or a different computer, perhaps your operating system is out-of-date or needs an update.
Q: When I try to log in, why does it block me out and say that I cannot access the website from two windows?
A: Make sure you do not have another window open with the program, try to navigate through the program in one browser.
If you shared your login information with your friend or the internet, the program will not allow two people to be logged in at the same time.
If the error window appeared, make sure to log out and close all windows for 15 minutes, then try to log in again, but make sure you do it in one browser and nobody else is using your account.
