I have an important revelation to share that may set you free (If you're a Christian).
You are not your body. Your body will always have the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes, it will not go away until the day you die. Once you accept that fact, you can stop fighting your flesh, because it is a useless pursuit.
When your body desires something, it doesn't mean that YOU do. "My body wants this, my eyes want that, but I want neither, I want to do the will of God because that pleases me." Both the desire of the flesh and the desire of the spirit will be present at the same time until we die and are given a new body. All you have to do is realize that when your flesh asks for something, YOU don't want it [if you truly don't], and you can let the desire remain while you simply do what the spirit calls you to. This applies to wanting something that your neighbor possesses, sexual desire, eating the wrong foods or overindulging yourself, laziness, etc. By this you will take your body captive into obedience to Christ.
This will set you free in more ways than one. You will stop confusing the desire of the flesh for your own, you will stop fighting the flesh fruitlessly, and you won't go through constant guilt trips for what your flesh desires. We live in a sinful flesh until the day we die, but you don't have to act upon any of it, unless your spirit is in agreement.
"Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwells in me."
May God bless you!
